		<description>seems like you could use much more thoracic rounding. believe it or not, i&#039;m trying this out, but i&#039;ve only done two light workouts. 

i&#039;m shooting for nearly fully flexed thoracic spine and nearly fully extended lumbar spine.</description>

I never felt too safe with it until I had some actual coaching, but now I&#039;m feeling pretty strong in this position.  Lots of lats, stronger leg drive, and it makes me a shorter person, if only for a couple of seconds:)</description>
