The Siff Formula Calculator

This calculator is something I wrote a few years ago, based on a pretty complicated quadratic formula that Mel Siff put in Supertraining.

I like this particular formula because it’s been the most consistently accurate across lifts, at least based on my own data, but it’s a pain in the ass to use because there are five different, and very long, constants that go into it. So I wrote a script to make it more convenient.
