Resources & Links
This here is a list of my favorite resources available on the Internets. Some of these may seem off-topic, but they’re still relevant.
These are sites I like, recommend, read regularly, whatever. Go have a look. If somebody/something is listed here, you can take it as an implicit endorsement from me. If you’re into that kind of thing.
Blogs
- Alan Aragon's Blog - Alan Aragon’s Blog. Also check out his AARR, it’s good solid info for the masses.
- Body Recomposition Blog - Lyle McDonald’s Blog. Lyle is a skater and everyone deadlifts more than him, so you should ignore everything he writes.
- Fit Jerk's Blog - My kind of fitness expert.
- Informed Performance - Will Heffernan’s Blog. Will’s a swim coach and he drinks a lot.
- Leangains - Martin Berkhan’s Blog. Martin talks about fasting a lot, that’s why he’s skinny.
