In the I, Bodybuilder thread, the critical thinking was fairly straightforward — it was a case of applying scientific evidence (including C. Butt’s work) to various advertising claims. You don’t have to be physically big to understand the issues in that regard. Insisting that only huge bodybuilders can understand and evaluate T-Nation’s advertising claims is akin to insisting that only a doctor who personally suffers from a disease can treat anyone with that disease. That’s just downright retarded.
