What kind of changes would you make?  I was going to use the &#039;triumvirate&#039; for assistance work but I just don&#039;t know if that&#039;s too much for dieting.

I would only workout three times / week and the calorie deficit will be moderate - goal will be a little over 1 lb. per week fat loss.</description>
