Ok, for those that don't know who I be.

I'm a former bodybuilding competitor. I have decent strength potential that I've never had the balls to really break into because I'm lazy and I don't like pain very much.

At the moment, I'm relatively chunky and that's been changing very nicely as of late. I've been dieting for...about to weeks now and I'm down 3lbs.

Um...that's pretty much the basics I think.

137 this am.

I MADE IT TO THE GYM!!! Yes!

A1. Bench 3x8x115
Yea, so I walk into the gym. I see some weak dude on the bench as I'm walking towards it. So I'm thinking, "I'm so going to embarass this dude today." He had 35s loaded. So...I do the usual warm up. After I put 25s on, I realized that I would not be embarassing anyone Undecided

A2. Pendlay Rows 3x5x115
Why I put this much weight on, I don't know. I think this is about what I ended with the last time I was seriously lifting. I'm an idiot, and I'm also too lazy to take weight off to put lighter (but more plates) weight on the bar. So, only 5 of these.

B1. Leg Extenstions 3x8x75
This was actually too easy, but I didn't move up in weight because I still very much felt a nice blood rush (read burn) in the legs. (read all that as, Kamela is a wimp and didn't want her legs to hurt)

B2. Lying leg curls 3x8x60
Just about the right weight for starting out again. Had to concentrate on breathing to get through this pretty easy.

C1. DB Overhead Press 3x10x20
Weights were too light for major muscle groups here, but stabilizers were having a pretty rough time.

C2. Pulldowns 3x8x85
These were so much harder than they should have been.

D. Walking lunges 3x30x30 (30 steps in each set, 15# dbs in each hand)
Damn near ran out of breath doing this. Out.of.shape.

I'm feeling pretty good right now. We'll see how I wake up feeling. If I'm okay, I think I'll play around with the heavy bag in the garage tomorrow Happy Dance

Hey peeps Smile

138.1 this am Would have been lower if I didn't have the beer and add extra rice to my dinner, oh well Cool

Will be hitting up the gym again tonight. Another random full body just to continue acclimation...or something.

Someone needs to teach my how to do front squats. Serious Business.
Yay! I made it to the gym TWICE this year! Bravo!

Ok, I was still a lil sore from Friday's workout, and probably should have hit the gym yesterday to help with that, but alas, the gym daycare is not open on Sundays, so....

Front Squat - just practiced with the bar
Back Squat - 5x95, 5x5x115
Not as bad as I thought I'd be, but this weight was by no means easy on me today. Form broke on last rep of second to last set. I was able to fix it with just a lil concentration and the last set was good.

OHP - W/U, 5x5x55
These felt really good and really comfortable today.

Cable Row - 5x5x60
These were ridiculously easy, but I decided to just keep the weight at 60 and up it next time.

Abs
Random stuff until the lactic acid build up finally stopped me. Flutter kicks, 6", planks, crunches, etc.

Played on the treadie for 5 min when I realized my legs were not havin it.
137.0 this am. Yay me.

Pics at 135.
Today's workout

DL
5x145, 4x5x165

Bench
5x 95, 100, 105, 110, 115

Pullups
3x3xBW

Ab stuff

Oh, and I went to Brickhouse for lunch. It was yummy. Oh well.Blush
i might have had pizza and wings today. oh, and a beer. and might be having another. and might be having some blue bell.
Your diet is ruined!!
I know, the horror!

Well, I didn't do a good enough job last night of ruining my diet (I didn't have an other beer OR any icecream), so for PWO meal, I'm having pizza and beer. Can't waste food, right?

Todays workout:

Front Squat: played around with a few reps again. Sully is right, if I don't damn near chock myself with the bar, it will rest directly on the little bones that poke out on my clavicle in the front. I'd rather feel like I'm choking, honestly. I filmed a few reps. Will post later today.

Back Squat:
bar x a lot
95 x 5
105 x 5
115 x 5
125 x 5
125 x 5 - recorded this too

OHP
bar x a few
55 x 5
60 x 5
65 x 5
70 x 5
70 x 5

Cable Rows
55 x 5
60 x 5
65 x 5
70 x 5
75 x 5

Upper body feeling pretty good, lower body not so much, so I added

Leg Extensions
3 x 8 x 75

Took these pretty slow. Supersetted them with some random ab stuffs.
